The Evergreen Assisted Living Residence is one level with 22,900 square feet.
There are 33 apartments with 40 licensed beds.

The Evergreen is just a few blocks away from the hospital, which has outstanding Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy departments. We are also blocks away from 3 doctor's offices and a chiropractor's office.

 

 

 

Upon entering the facility, you will find two beautifully-decorated sitting areas with a large corner fireplace, where the residents, their friends, and families visit and relax. Two game tables are also in the sitting area, where our seniors like to play cards or work on puzzles.
Off to the side of the entrance are the reception desk and the Administrator’s office.
Located in the center of the facility is the dining room, which has a corner fireplace and seats 40 people very comfortably. Off the dining room are the kitchen and the family dining room. This room presents an opportunity for residents and their families to dine privately, seating up to 8.
Our facility also includes a beauty shop; large activity room with a residential kitchen and popcorn machine; library with a large-screen television, DVD, and VCR; laundry facility; private chapel; and an outdoor patio and gazebo.
Each apartment has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and living area. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers with seat and grab bars.
The hallways in The Evergreen have handrails to provide safe walking for those in need of extra support. The facility also has a secured entrance and individual indoor mailboxes that the postal service delivers to. Behind the main building, there are garages available for the residents to rent. Our staff provides a valet parking service, delivering the resident's car from the garage to the front door, and vice versa.
